Can Santacilia -Proyecto Finalizado

Union of two buildings of the seventeenth century, where an intervention of structural reinforcement and interior renovation has been carried out resulting in: 15 homes, indoor heated pool, sauna, gym and parking. During the renovation, the   original plaster moldings have been kept intact. Besides this, the existing carpentry, coffered ceiling, arches and interior courtyards have been restored, resulting in a building with the technology of the XXI century without  giving up its Mallorcan charm; truly deserving of architectural awards.
