Single family housing isolation with outdoor swimming pool. Spectacular home integrated in first beach line of Alcudia. The challenge in the execution of this project was the water table of the sea. Being below it, the first phase was carried out a pumping 24 hours a day to extract the water from the excavation and to perform the foundation.
